Dear Friends, July and things are on the move on the North Otago Rugby scene with semi finals this Saturday 28th and finals on the 31st. Good luck to the teams involved.

August 7th----After the Otago Maoris V North Otago Turbines game at Oamaru the North Otago Supporters Club Committee would like to invite members and intending members to a social night at the Clubrooms Northside Seven. This is your chance to meet with the coaches and players involved with the NPC team. Tony our host will supply one free drink, plus there will be a lucky door prize and raffles. Looking forward to seeing you there.

August 21st---- Supporters Club has booked two buses to Timaru for the first NPC game of the season against South Canterbury at 6pm. Number of public and supporters was good last year but let us see if we can do even better this time. Buses will leave the Northside at 2pm and return sometime after the game. To book your seats please ring Dot or Neville on 4370673.

Members who are interested in buying the North Otago Rugby Supporters Club jackets please contact Chris at Hi Way Auto as soon as possible. They are priced at $75-00 each and there is a three to four week delay for orders to be filled. At present we still have some beanies left at $22-50 and badges at $2-00 are still available plus monograms at $5-00.

By now you will have all been contacted about the trip to Levin to support the team in October and at present the numbers are looking quite good. Anyone going on this trip please have your1999 membership card with you as members have been invited to Wellington Supporters Club
